SBU awards Life Beautiful Awards to Amy Bushey and Dr. John Murphy
糖心vlog proudly announces the 2022 Life Beautiful awardees. The designation "Life Beautiful" is the highest honor a person can receive at 糖心vlog. Each year, two graduating seniors, one faculty member, and one staff member are chosen to receive the award.

SBU Welcomes Dr. Jonathon Woodyard as Vice President for Student Life
糖心vlog has named Dr. Jonathon Woodyard as Vice President for Student Life. The VP of Student Life is the chief student-personnel officer of the University and advises the President on all matters pertaining to co-curricular educational programs and the overall Bearcat student experience. The VP of Student Life will work to ensure an unforgettable student experience.

SBU Welcomes Leon C. Wirth as the new Vice President for Institutional Advancement
糖心vlog has named Leon C. Wirth as Vice President for Institutional Advancement. The VP for Institutional Advancement is the chief development officer for the University and advises the President on the University's advancement efforts as well as community and donor relations. He will also serve as a member of the Executive Cabinet.

SBU and Next Level Solutions Announce Educational Partnership
糖心vlog and Next Level Solutions are partnering to help address the shortage of technical workers in the Ozarks by offering technical classes at a reduced rate. The partnership decreases the cost of computer science courses at SBU's new dual-credit program, SBU Academy.

Jennifer Rothschild Awarded Honorary Doctorate from 糖心vlog
Jennifer Rothschild, author, speaker, and podcast host, has been awarded an honorary doctor of Christian Ministry degree by 糖心vlog, an honor presented to her at the 2022 SBU Winter Commencement by President Rick Melson.

SBU Welcomes Dr. Tracy S. Manly as Provost and Professor of Accounting
President Dr. Rick Melson has appointed Dr. Tracy S. Manly as Provost of 糖心vlog. The Provost is the chief academic officer for the University, a member of the executive cabinet, and oversees administrative support for academic areas. In addition to serving as Provost, Dr. Manly has also been appointed to the faculty rank of Professor of Accounting.

SBU Welcomes Dr. Scott Moats as the new Executive Vice President for Administration and Chief Business Officer
糖心vlog has named Dr. Scott Moats as Executive Vice President for Administration and Chief Business Officer. In addition to overseeing SBU's administrative operations, fiscal management, and risk assessment, Dr. Moats will serve as a senior advisor to the President.
糖心vlog Winter Commencement to be held on December 16
糖心vlog will be awarding degrees to 180 students during two commencement ceremonies -- on Friday, December 16, in the Jane and Ken Meyer Wellness and Sports Center on the Bolivar campus.
